Aileen has over 10 years of banking experience across the two major banks, Westpac and ANZ.
Aileen started her banking career back in 2007 with ANZ as a Personal Banker providing all the customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. Providing the best possible customer experience to all her clients. In 2009 Aileen was awarded the CEO Recognition Program, this is a global initiative designed to reward the top 100 bankers who outperformed and exceeded all expectations.
In 2010 Aileen moved away from the retail banking sector and into as the Small Business Specialist role in the Eastern Suburbs uncovering needs and recommending a tailored banking solution to create value for their business. Banking solutions include Business Lending and transactional product. Aileen predominantly provides health checks for existing ANZ Small Business Customers to ensure their current financial circumstances meet their banking needs. In 2011 Aileen was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” based on her first-year performance as a Small Business Specialist.

Aileen commenced a new journey with Westpac by 2012. Helping all customers by making the most of their money through assisting personal and business customers with their everyday banking and asking the right questions to better identify and understand their needs. During her time with Westpac she continued to outperform targets by offering an extremely high level of customer service.
In the last 3 years, Aileen was working at Mercedes Benz as a Business Manager and a Pre-Delivery Coordinator. Her role was vital in ensuring customers received all that Mercedes had to offer when a car was handed over to their excited new owner.
With her strong banking and customer service background combined with her love of property, Aileen has a consistent, long-term focus on building lasting relationships with her clients, and supporting them through life changes as their home loan needs evolve. .
Aileen loves to bake! She would be cooking for birthdays, parties, and even weddings! Aileen and her husband have 3 beautiful children.
