David Chia is one of Australia’s leading and most successful mortgage brokers, a multiple award winner, and trailblazer. After establishing several successful mortgage businesses, David was keen to take on his next challenge and long-term passion of building larger enterprises.

David joined Strategic Brokers with the intention to utilise all his years of industry expertise to grow the business to become a market leader and pioneer in the mortgage broking space. David began his career as a Qualified Accountant and has since held various senior positions at the ASX, Deloitte, Macquarie Bank, Stockland, and Ernst and Young. 

David holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, Master of Business in Finance, Diploma in Mortgage Broking, and Diploma in Financial Planning, and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

David’s goal is to genuinely see his clients succeed financially through education. He offers a completely tailored offering that will enable his clients to achieve their financial goals now and into the future.
